One of the best located chalets you will find, metres from the shops, bars and restaurants, yet tucked away at the end of a quiet lane on the riverbank, next to the main Foilleuse piste. From the front door, you just cross the little bridge over the stream straight onto a cross- country track leading directly onto the main piste, then it is a 50m ski down to the chairlift. You can ski right back to the door, either via the 7.5km piste from the Pointe de Mossettes or via the new Didier Defago piste named after Morgins own Olympic gold medal winner. This cosy chalet is extremely well equipped, but it is the ski in/ski out location that makes it ideal, and so popular, so book early! Chalet Sam Suphy is one of the original buildings in Morgins, but modernised to a high standard, but still retains original features such as an external staircase (no longer in use!), and low doors upstairs. It has 2 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom, 2 bathrooms, small lounge and a kitchen/diner fully stocked up with everything you need for a family holiday as opposed to "rental" equipment. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6/7 |
