Nordic WalkingNordic walking was developed for cross country skiers to train in the summer and is basically a walking technique using poles that is superb for developing aerobic fitness and stamina, using 90% of your muscles.

We recommend a couple of lessons first to learn technique and routes, and then you can explore the mountains whilst getting fit.

Cost – approx ₤15.00 for a 1 ½ hour lesson with poles provided.
